Christmas again and the end of the year. The time is busy, the kids are excited, and I’m just over the move. I should write about my first impressions, but it’s Festive period so I would just like to mention that the only one thing I miss- except some of our lovely friends- is Lincolnshire sausage. Chesterfiled seems a lovely, attractive town with a lot of facilities in terms of education, entertainment and shopping. The first days in the new school of my boy was really impressive so I was going to feel confident that it has been worth to change. Despite all of these, I am a bit alone, hence I am looking forward to being back in Hungary for Christmas.

Anyway, I’m honored that one of my recipes has been featured in Food on Friday session on Kimbo’s lovely crafty blog, called A girl and a glue gun. Kimbo is a crafty girl with full of creative ideas specially for kids. Have a look at her wonderful blog!
The recipe I brought her site is full of Christmas flavor as the cranberries dominate on the sweetness of caramel and as it’s an upside-down cake it’s absolutely easy to bake.
